    宫爆鸡丁

    都快是北京时间1点时分,遇见谦谦。
     
    她说,nixe姐姐,你的blog很久不更新了。
     
    我朝msn苦笑了足足2秒钟,和谦谦说,msn总是有问题,试了几回都不行,也就懒得再试了。
     
    片刻,msn那头传来一个简单明快的“哦”。
     
    她是不知道,我囤了n多的小菜们的照片,也囤了n多的关于美食的新想法,可却缺乏平台倾诉。当然,不能全责怪msn,本人的犯懒也是致命的原因之一。老板出公差了,nixe一个人闲着,没人管吃管喝,只能东晃西晃的,既懒的买菜又懒的做饭,每天活的神经兮兮的。当饥饿来临的时候,也是夜幕降临的时分,心里盘算着,今天太晚了明天再做好吃的犒劳自己吧。嘿嘿,可惜每天都是同样的想法,所以每天都饥肠辘辘的。看来不久后,伊拉克人民的伙食都赛过nixe十倍了。
     
    话说开头又饿了,便努力学习Hugo的觅食方法,地毯式地嗅寻食物,于是找到面包n片,香肠数根。迟疑片刻后,放回香肠,取出面包一片,打开电脑,翻出n年前的宫爆鸡丁的图片,吃面包就凉水,缅怀当初的美妙时光。

    原料:
    三角鸡腿4只、花生米若干、郫县豆瓣、料酒、老抽、醋、盐、糖、鸡精、淀粉、十三香、油、葱段、姜末、蒜末、花椒、干红辣椒
     
    做法:
    1. 三角鸡腿去皮去骨,将肉切成2cm*2cm小粒,加1/4小勺盐、1/4小勺鸡精、1小勺老抽、1大勺糖、1大勺料酒、1大勺淀粉,拌匀后静置15分钟。
    2. 起油锅,5成热时,放入花椒和干红辣椒,接着放入蒜末和姜末以及2大勺郫县豆瓣,炒香后,转大火,数秒钟后放入鸡块,翻炒至鸡块完全变色。
    3. 将花生米放入,同时加1/2小勺十三香、1/3小勺盐、1/2小勺鸡精、1小勺老抽、1大勺糖,接着再翻炒1分钟。
    4. 最后,加入2大勺醋,翻炒均匀后撒上葱段,出锅即可。
     
    友情提示:
    1. 所谓三角大腿就是鸡的小腿+大腿+一半PP。
    2. 花生米可选择无皮花生米,最好是炸过的那种,脆脆的。
    3. 因为醋容易挥发,所以要最后才加。

    老弟我摊了个手艺不错的室友. 他做饭,我洗碗..也就是把东西放进洗碗机...对啦,上个星期吃着温哥华的大闸蟹喝红酒,喝多了..丢死人了...姐,买点蟹子将就将就就好啦.. 不过你也可要注意身体啊. 别某某不在就不做着吃了.
